Kristine Grant was born and raised in Southern California but has called Las Vegas home since moving to Summerlin in 2001. Kristine has been married for 27 years and has raised three children who graduated with high honors from the Clark County School District who are now continuing their education at different universities.
Kristine graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Psychology minor in 1992. She was given the opportunity to teach 3rd grade in the Peoria School District where she taught before making the decision to being a full time mom. Raising her children was very rewarding, but as the children got older she decided to pursue her teaching career yet again. Kristine was hired by the Clark County School District where she has taught math at Sig Rogich Middle School for the last 12 years.
Kristine was awarded the Heart of Education Award in 2018. Her lessons included technology in which she created videos of concepts to be taught. Students watch the videos at home taking notes, and then return to class where constant practice using higher level thinking occurs. Embracing technology and producing videos was a challenge, but her dedication to provide all tools necessary for her students’ success was worth all the extra hours spent. Kristine will carry her technology skills into her real estate career where she will embrace the exciting changes being made in the real estate industry in marketing and client contact.
Being a teacher is a profession that enables one to help young people develop into well-rounded citizens of their community. Thinking skills and problem solving are at the heart of successful learning as well as in real estate. It has been said that the most successful real estate agents in a second career are female teachers. Buying or selling a home is a learning experience for clients- learning about inventory, loan programs, and neighborhoods are just a few of the things our clients need to know. Kristine believes that her loyalty, patience, dedication, and care will be important components in helping clients make one of their biggest decisions of their lives whether buying or selling a home.
Kristine’s keen focus and expertise put her client’s desires and needs ahead of her own to ensure a successful experience in purchasing or selling real estate.
