Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, John DiCarlo is a gemologist and former owner of a small chain of retail jewelry stores, two of which were located in Las Vegas. Being a retailer, John knows that customer satisfaction, product knowledge, honesty, integrity, and consistency are the foundation for successful business and personal relationships. John is known for his attention to the needs of his clients which has served him well. He knows listening is a key ingredient to his success.
John has a diverse background in commercial leasing and has successfully sold over 150 condos and homes since entering the real estate arena in 2004. John takes the time to investigate all aspects of the transaction which allows him to successfully negotiate and complete the deal. Real estate transactions are some of the largest events in a person’s life, so his goal is to make it as stress free and low pressure as possible.
Knowing the importance of knowledge and education, John has earned his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP) and Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant (CFAC) designations.
John is extremely family oriented and loves to go back east often to visit them. For fun and relaxation, John enjoys golfing, motorcycle riding, and going to the gym as well as dining out, catching a show, concert or movie and kicking back with friends to watch sporting events. He loves going to Yankee Stadium and is not embarrassed to tell you that the New York Jets are his favorite team.
The population has tripled in Las Vegas since opening John opened his first store in 1993. To John, Las Vegas is paradise. Everything a person could want is right here, except an ocean. Las Vegas is open all night, just like his hometown.

He is passionate about helping people find rental properties and believes finding the right rental property is on a par with selling a million dollar home.
