Born in Southern California, Daniel relocated to Las Vegas with his family in 1998.  It was here where he completed his schooling including graduating from UNLV with a Bachelor’s of Science in Hospitality Administration.  Watching Las Vegas triple in population since those days made growing up in Las Vegas very exciting.

During his time at school, Daniel spent his spare time working food and beverage in various restaurants up and down the Las Vegas strip.  After working  different positions in restaurants, Daniel discovered a deep love for wine.  It is this love that fueled him to become Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers at age 22, among the youngest in the small Las Vegas community.

Daniel enjoyed a fabulous experience in purchasing his first home with the aid of a lifelong friend, Harvey, which inspired him to give the real estate business a try. “I see a lot of similarity between restaurant and real estate businesses”, says Daniel.  The knowledge of the importance of customer service and satisfaction that he learned with guests at the table will allow him to be a great real estate agent.  “I believe in giving 100% to earn my client’s trust and exceed expectations. This allows me to make a real estate transaction as worry free as possible for my clients.”

Staying current and always learning is highly important to Daniel.  It is these values that allow him to help with up to date knowledge and keen attention to detail.  He believes in treating all clients the same, whether they are seasoned investors or first-time home buyers.  Daniel says, “Listening to clients is the most important thing. It is like helping a guest find a nice bottle to celebrate an occasion or helping to find the perfect wine for a casual meal. The satisfaction of helping a guest or client find exactly what they want is the same for me at the end.”

Daniel doesn’t believe in pressuring anyone.  He works hard to find the right property for every client. “I never want to let a client down. It is with this great faith that clients refer family and friends to me.
